Scheduling Your First Appointment
All new patients must schedule an Initial Evaluation before scheduling any additional services. You are considered a new patient if it is your first time scheduling with FCITT, even if you have previously treated with one of our providers in another office.
It's easy to schedule an appointment with FCITT!
Call our Administrative Office locally at 941-444-8028 or Toll Free at 877-844-1380 to speak with our office administrator. If you call our Administrative Office and reach a voicemail, please leave us a detailed message with your name, phone number with area code, the clinician you would like to see, your date of birth, and whether you've been seen in our office before. Our office staff will return your call within 1 business day. We also have after hours support for your convenience.
Scheduling Follow Up Visits
To get your favorite appointment time, schedule your next appointment as soon as your clinician tells you they would like to see you back. For legal reasons, you will need to be seen prior to any controlled medication refills. To ensure you have enough medication, please schedule your appointment to occur in advance of running out. Even if your appointment is 3 months away, scheduling early will give you the greatest number of appointment options. Please remember to allow 24 hours to respond to a message and recall that payment is due at time of scheduling.
Paying for Appointments
Payments are accepted in-office, over the phone, or through this website. Virtual appointments may not be booked until payment has been received.
When your appointment is confirmed, you will be sent two invitations: 1) Kareo Telemedicine-the method with which you "see" your provider and, 2) Patient Portal.
We require all new patients to login to the confidential Patient Portal and fill out your registration information.
Please Note: All patients will require a high-speed internet connection, webcam, audio capability, and microphone for virtual appointments. Many laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones (iPhone/Android) come standard with this ability, but all patients are encouraged to check their equipment prior to scheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled because of limitations in a patient's technology or equipment will be refunded in accordance with the Office Policies on cancellations and refunds. For your safety and to ensure a productive session with your provider, please plan to be situated for your appointment in a quiet location that is free from distractions.
